Behind the book

The interior of this journal is simple by design, as my hope is for it to take on your personality and story. 

My background is as a journalist. I created the layout to effortlessly prompt writing. Other prompts are based on cognitive research to elevate mood, enhance memory and offer opportunity for introspection and growth.
